Lena Blackchief Student File

Student file of Lena Blackchief, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on October 11, 1910 and departed on June 1, 1915. The file contains an application for enrollment, correspondence, medical/physical records, a trade/position record card, a federal financial aid form, an outing record, outing evaluations, a returned student survey, correspondence, a progress/conduct card, and student information cards indicating that Blackchief went on four outings to various locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania during her time at Carlisle.

In school documentation Lena Blackchief's name is also spelled Lena Black Chief.
