Student file of George Francis, a member of the Penobscot Nation, who entered the school December 9, 1912 and ultimately departed on April 30, 1917. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, correspondence, financial transactions, an outing record, a federal financial aid form, outing evaluations, and an application for enrollment. The file indicates Francis worked for the American Iron and Steel Manufacturing Co. in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, was living in Detroit, Michigan in 1917, and was a member of the 16th Regiment Engineers Co. C in the American Expeditionary Force in 1918.
