He re-enrolled on November 23, 1908 and then ran from the school on September 27, 1909. The file contains an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, a progress/conduct card, a former student response postcard, and a report after leaving indicating he was a telegrapher in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1914.
In school documentation Calvin Lee Kelly's name is also spelled Calvin Lee Collie. He is also known as Calvin Kelly, Colvin Kelly, Colvin Lee, and Charles Lee.
