Student file of Jonas Jackson, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on September 2, 1897 and ultimately departed on April 5, 1907. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, newspaper clippings, a returned student survey, correspondence, a trade record card, and a report after leaving indicating that in 1910 Jackson was working with a railroad company in Cherokee, North Carolina.
