The file contains an application for enrollment, a student information card, a progress/conduct card, medical/physical record, an outing evaluation, an outing record, a report after leaving, and a former student response postcard that indicates that Whiteface was a housekeeper in Norris, South Dakota in 1914.

In school documentation Jessie Whiteface's name is also spelled Jessie White-Face and Jessie White Face. Her married name is Jessie Standing Bear or Jessie White Face Standing Bear.
