The file contains a student information card, a physical record, an application for enrollment, correspondence, financial transactions, outing evaluations, a conduct card, a former student response postcard, outing records, and a report after leaving indicating Long Wolf was working as a rancher in Pine Ridge, South Dakota in 1913.
In school documentation Nelson Long Wolf's name is also spelled Nelson Longwolf and Nelson L. Wolf. He is also known as Nelson Whirlwindman (also spelled Nelson Whirlwind Man).
