Supervisor of Construction John Charles provides a report on the heating system and buildings at the Carlisle Indian School. He writes about completing the heating and vacuum system, the newly renovated guardhouse, building a workshop for the engineer, building new bathrooms for the dormitories, installing manholes for the sewer system, and he provides a report on the shops and shop instructors. Charles estimates that $28,000 is needed to fulfill all of his recommendations.
