Request for Funds to Preserve Trees on Campus

After an investigation conducted by "expert foresters," Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman requests to spend $239.25 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1912" account to preserve trees and to remove dead wood and old branches. Education Division Chief J. H. Dortch confirms Friedman's belief that this work should be done immediately.
