Pratt Forwards Article about White Buffalo

Richard Henry Pratt forwards a copy of the Carlisle Weekly Herald which reprinted an article from the North American suggesting that White Buffalo killed three women. Pratt also encloses a copy of a telegram from the agent indicating that the article is entirely false. Pratt requests that the government bring a law suit against the North American.
