Office Informed Macy Declines Transfer to Fill Assistant Matron Position

William A. Mercer informs the Office of Indian Affairs that Miss Macy has declined the transfer to the Carlisle Indian School. Mercer states that he has no further recommendations to fill the vacancy and requests the appointment be made from the Civil Service list.
