Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs that he is bringing a party of ten girls from the Cheyenne Agency and a small party from Michigan. He further states that he has not year from U.S. Indian Agent Charles Hill about a party of students from Flandreau. As a result he asks for an additional $2,000 in travel appropriations.
