Pratt Reports that Cavett Reported for Wagonmaker Position

Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs that James E. Cavett (here James Cabett) who was appointed to the position of wagonmaker at the Carlisle Indian School reported to the school and quickly declined the position upon learning the full duties.
