Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs that he has received requests from Dr. Carlos Montezuma and the Western Shoshone Agency Agent to enroll five students from that Agency. Pratt writes that his transportation costs for the year are minimal and asks if it possible to use other funds for the purpose of bringing in these students.
