Letter Ordering Smallpox Vaccine for Carlisle Indian School

Commissioner of Indian Affairs Ezra A. Hayt's letter to medical business of Martin & Son in Boston, Massachusetts ordering "five crusts of non-humanized vaccine virus" that are to be sent to the Carlisle Indian School. He instructs them to send the bill to Hayt's office on duplicate vouchers.
