Invitation for Male Students to attend Military Training Camp in New York

Military Training Camp for Boys Chairman T. Douglas Robinson encloses a bulletin from Fort Terry Training Camp and asks Carlisle Indian School students to enroll. Carlisle Superintendent Oscar H. Lipps informs the Commissioner that they could send 50 boys to the camp if the government pays for it, but otherwise they can't afford to send anyone. Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs E. B. Meritt informs Lipps that the government doesn't have the necessary funds.
