Supervisor in Charge Oscar H. Lipps requests to spend $100 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1914" appropriation and $100 from the "Indian Moneys, Proceeds of Labor, Carlisle School" appropriation to pay for incidental expenses. Second Assistant Commissioner C. F. Hauke informs Lipps that he cannot use that money because those appropriations have been exhausted.
