Estimate of Supplies, December 1890

Richard H. Pratt submits an Estimate of Supplies that were previously requested for the fiscal year 1891 and informs the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, that more than half of those items have not been received. The form includes the items being requested and the quantity. Also, attached is a letter from T. J. Morgan requesting authority to appoint Third-Class Clerk, S. E. Slater in charge of shipping supplies from New York to Carlisle.
