Appointment of William Stimpel as Disciplinarian

These materials include correspondence, legal documents, and an Executive Order regarding the appointment of William Stimpel as Disciplinarian for the Large Boys Quarters of the Carlisle Indian School. The position had been temporarily filled by numerous teachers and recent graduates without satisfaction, so Stimple was requested by Superintendent William A.
