Pratt recommends that former student Perry Tsamanwa (here Perry Tsamauwa) be appointed as shoe and harness-maker and that former student Carrie Cornelius be appointed as a laundress at the Hoopa Valley School in California. Pratt forwards Tsamauwa's and Cornelius' applications along with his endorsement in the cover letter.
