          Edgar A. Allen informs the Office of Indian Affairs that the Carlisle Indian School has $34,755.84 on credit with the Assistant Treasurer in New York along with sale of manufactured goods and money with Commissioner of Indian Affairs for a total balance of $40,584.28. As a result, Allen renews his request for authorization to spend an additional $3,000 in the transportation of students.
