Yamie Leeds Student File

Student file of Yamie Leeds, a member of the Queres Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1884, graduated in 1891, and ultimately departed on July 2, 1891. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a former student response postcard, returned student surveys, a trade/position record card, letters/correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Leeds was a stock raiser and farmer in Seama, New Mexico in 1907, a pottery worker in Laguna, New Mexico in 1910, and was farming and raising stock in Seama, New Mexico in 1912.

In school documentation Yamie Leeds' name is also spelled Yame Leeds, Yamie Z. Leeds, and Y. Z. Leeds.
