Student information card of Welch Teesateskee, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on October 22, 1914 and departed on April 14, 1917. The file indicates Teesateskee joined the United States Navy upon departing from Carlisle and was stationed aboard the U. S. S. Pennsylvania in 1917.
Note: Robert Crowe was Teesateskee's brother acting as guardian. Crowe attended Carlisle under the name Robert Bigmeat.
