Student file of Ulysses Johnson, a member of the Onondaga Nation, who entered the school on October 4, 1905 and ultimately departed on July 14, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, certificates of promotion, a report after leaving, and correspondence. These documents indicate that Johnson's family wanted him to travel home for the summer of 1917, but the school did not want to send him due to low enrollment from all the students who left to join the military.
In school documentation Ulysses Johnson's name is also spelled Ulysess Johnson and Uly Johnson.
