The file contains a student information card, a medical/physical record, a progress/conduct card, a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, letters, a news clipping, and a report after leaving indicating Johnson had worked as a farmer in Lewiston, New York in 1910, before moving to Niagara Falls, New York in 1912 and working as a foreman in a printing department.
In school documentation Stanley Johnson's name is also spelled Stanley Johnston. He is also known as Stanley Patterson.
