Rose Beck Student File

Student file of Rose Beck, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on July 1, 1905 and departed on May 16, 1910. The file contains a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, a physical record, student information cards, an application for enrollment, an outing record, correspondence, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Beck was working as a housewife in Cherokee, North Carolina in 1911 and a housekeeper in 1912.

In school documentation Rose Beck is also known as Rose A. Beck, Rosebud Beck, and Rosebud Annie Beck. Her married name is Rose B. Sneed (Mrs. Manco Sneed).
