Rose Bald Eagle Student File

Student file of Rose Bald Eagle, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on August 19, 1905 and departed on June 19, 1911. The file contains a progress/conduct card, an application for enrollment, a trade/position record card, a student information card, a medical/physical record, a return student survey, a former student postcard, an outing evaluation, a news clipping, an outing record, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Bald Eagle was house keeping in Porcupine, South Dakota in 1912 and 1914.

In school documentation Rose Bald Eagle's name is also spelled Rose Baldeagle. She is also known as Rosie Little Bald Eagle and Rosa Little-bald-eagle. Her married name is Rose Baldeagle Twiss (Mrs. Thomas Twiss).
