The file indicates Dickson was a missionary in Blackfeet, Idaho in 1910, a missionary in Pendleton, Oregon in 1912 and 1913, a minister while taking music lessons at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois in 1913 and 1914, a missionary in Stiles, Idaho in 1914, and a missionary pastor in Winnebago, Nebraska in 1914.
