The file contains a student information card, a report after leaving, a returned student survey, and a former student response postcard that indicates Jack was working as a lumber grader in Loyalton, California in 1914. After leaving Carlisle, Jack attended Stewart Indian School and Carson High School in Carson, Nevada. Note: While this student enrolled as Dickie Jack or Richard Jack, his formal name is Richard E. Barrington.
