Adam Tewatley Student File

Student file of Adam Tewatley, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on September 17, 1899 and departed on November 25, 1900. The file contains a student information card, former student response postcards, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating that the student was living in North Carolina between 1910 and 1913, working as a farmer and railroad laborer. The file indicates that this student went by the nickname Tewatley and all of his school files use this name instead of the surname of Ross.

In school documentation Adam Tewatley is also known as Adam Ross.
