Student file of Philip De Lorimiere, a member of the Iroquois Nation, who entered the school on January 14, 1898 and ultimately departed on June 23, 1904. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, correspondence, and a report after leaving indicating that De Lorimiere was working as a farmer and lacrosse making in Hogansburg, New York in 1910 and as a fireman in Hogansburg, New York in 1913.
The correspondence in the file is between De Lorimiere and Superintendent Moses Friedman, and provides information on the status of many other former Carlisle students living in Hogansburg, New York.
In school documentation Philip De Lorimiere's name is also spelled Philip Delorimiere, Philip Delorrimer, Philip De Lorimier, and Phillip Delorimiere. He is also known as Philip Oua hon raton and Naonkoton.
