Frances Dunbar Student File

The file contains a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, a progress/conduct card, and a student information card that indicates that Dunbar worked at the Philadelphia Hospital as a part of the outing program.

In school documentation Frances Dunbar's name is also spelled Francis Dunbar. She is also known as Frances L. Dunbar and Francis Lillian Dunbar. Her married name is Frances Blake (Mrs. William Blake).

Note: Although this file shows an arrival date of August 31, the admissions ledger and her information card suggest that she actually arrived on August 30.
