Request to Alter Admission Policy for Oklahoma Nations

These materials include correspondence regarding a request by Superintendent Oscar H. Lipps to change admission rules for students from the Five Civilized Tribes in Oklahoma. Prior to Lipps request, students from these Nations were required to pay both tuition and transportation. The revision allowed students with financial need to attend Carlisle by only paying for their transportation.
