The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, letters/correspondence, a photograph, former student response postcards, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Lonestar was living in Shell Lake, Wisconsin in 1909, a storekeeper in Shell Lake, Wisconsin in 1910, and as a painter and decorator in Shell Lake, Wisconsin in 1913 and 1915.
In school documentation John Lonestar's name is also spelled John Lone Star. He is also known as Ke-ua-ge-zi-que-ba, John H. Lonestar, and J. H. Lonestar.
