The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, outing evaluations, a postcard with a panoramic view of the school grounds, a progress/conduct card, a returned student survey, an outing record, and correspondence.
In school documentation Lillian Simons' name is also spelled Lilian Simons. She is also known as Lillian D. F. Simons, Lillie D. Simmons (also spelled Lillie D. Simons), Lillie Simons, and Lily Simons.
