Student file of Dora Cooke, a member of the Ottawa Nation, who entered the school on October 19, 1901 and departed on June 27, 1906. The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey in which she indicates she is working for the Forest Service as a stenographer, new clippings, a former student response postcard, correspondence in which she recommends her brother for enrollment at the school. This file also contains a report after leaving indicating she was living in Ogden, Utah in 1913.
In school documentation Dora Cooke's name is also spelled Dorris Cooke and Doris Cooke. Her married name is Dorris Head, Dorris Cook Head, or Doris Cooke Head (Mrs. Hugh Leroy Head).
