David Masten Student File

Student file of David Masten, a member of the Hoopa Nation, who entered the school on July 26, 1897, and departed on July 3, 1902.  The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating that Masten was working as a farmer and carpenter in Hoopa, California in 1910.

In school documentation David Masten's name is also spelled David M. Masten.

Note: Although documentation in his file lists David Masten as Klamath, a researcher has indicated that he is actually Hoopa.
