Telegram from the Commissioner of Indian Affairs Ezra Hayt to Richard Henry Pratt which informs Pratt that sixty people are expected to come to Carlisle from Indian Territory.
Hayt asks if Pratt will be able to meet this party on October 15th (in Winfield) or if Alfred J. Standing should be telegraphed instead. He promises that he will telegraph the party's tickets the next day.
