Armstrong Discusses Chiricahua Apache Prisoners' Enrollment with Pratt, 1886

Samuel Chapman Armstrong of the Hampton Institute writes to Richard Henry Pratt about the potential enrollment of Chiricahua Apache prisoners of war at Hampton.
