Process to Place "Support Funds" and "Miscellaneous Funds" to Friedman's Credit

Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman asks the Commissioner of Indian Affairs how soon re-deposits of the "Support Funds" and "Miscellaneous Funds" can be placed to his official credit. 

Chief of the Accounts Division of the Department of the Interior H. Dimick informs Friedman that the funds cannot be placed to his credit until they have been credited by the Treasury Department.
