Special and Disbursing Indian Agent Charles H. Thompson writes to the Commissioner of Indian Affairs regarding the Board of Survey's report on worn out and unserviceable property at the Carlisle Indian School. Thompson confirms that the property that was designated to be destroyed has been destroyed, and he pleads his case for mercifully putting down two horses and a mule.
Richard H. Pratt's initial list of worn out and unservicable property and request to have a Board of Survey prepare a report is attached.
