Julia Given Student File

Student file of Julia Given, a member of the Kiowa Nation, who entered the school on August 31, 1882, and ultimately departed on October 30, 1893. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a former student response postcard, correspondence, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Given was an assistant field matron at the Kiowa Agency in the Indian Agency in Gotebo, Oklahoma in 1911 and was a housewife in Gotebo, Oklahoma in 1913.

In school documentation Julia Given's married name is Julia Given Hunt (Mrs. George Hunt).
