The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, outing records, a progress/conduct card, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, newspaper clippings, outing evaluations, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Pierce was married to Thomas Owl at the home of Superintendent Moses Friedman and was living in Birdtown, North Carolina in 1912.
In school documentation Rosetta Pierce is also known as Da-ga-nade-yohse and Rose Pierce. Her married name is Rosetta Owl (Mrs. Thomas Owl).
