Student file of Jesse Youngdeer, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on April 5, 1898, and ultimately departed on June 14, 1909. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information card, a physical record, a progress card, a newspaper clipping, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving that indicates that he was working as an assistant farmer at the Cherokee Indian School in Cherokee, North Carolina, in 1911.
