Next, in a general report from the United States Indian Service, the progress of Indians and what more can be done was covered. In the following article E. B. Linnen, Chief Inspector with the Indian Service, wrote about his experience growing up in the West in Indian Territory. In the next article, pulled from the St. Louis Dispatch, Clark McAdams argued that fighting is what destroyed Indian Nations. The final article, pulled from the Norristown Pa.
