Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs that his physician has recommended sending home four students from the Pine Ridge Agency due to poor health. Pratt requests that the transportation to Pine Ridge be provided to him and that he allowed to return them to their homes.
These materials include a cover letter and a Descriptive Statement of Pupils regarding 4 individuals transferred to the Carlisle Indian School from the Green Bay Agency, and 4 individuals discharged from Carlisle and transferred back to their homes in the Pine Ridge Agency due to sickness.
