The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating he was working in the lumber industry in Washington in 1902.
In school documentation Jacob Horne's name is also spelled Jacob Horn.
Note: Although documentation in his file lists Jacob Horne as Klamath, a researcher has indicated that he is actually Karuk.
