Pratt Responds to Request to Return John Elm

Richard Henry Pratt responds to an Office of Indian Affairs letter regarding a request to return John Elm to his home in the Green Bay Agency. Pratt notes that Elm's father has properly stated his position in regards to Elm's return that he is willing to return him at his own expense as he is being returned before five years. Pratt ends by noting that Elm has $13 in his name at the school and his father can advance him the remaining $10 to return.
