Charles A. Eastman's Application for Six Weeks of Sick Leave

R. H. Pratt requests approval for Outing Agent Dr. Charles A. Eastman's 30 day sick leave of absence and for two additional weeks of paid sick leave. Additionally, Pratt forwards School Physician S. L. Diven's certificate swearing that Eastman was sick and a letter from Diven requesting the additional two weeks of leave. Pratt and Diven state that Eastman's bout with pneumonia was nearly fatal.
