Analyzed Liabilities and Vouchered Expenditures (1916-1917)

The Analyzed Liabilities and Vouchered Expenditures ledger contains figures concerning liabilities under different headings, such as employees and buildings. This volume also includes monthly figures for vouchered expenditures that are arranged by appropriation item. These reports have "controlling sheets," on which the entries are arranged chronologically, as well as "activity sheets," on which the entries are arranged by the activity type (i.e. administration, health, and education). Pages without content were not photographed. The Analyzed Liabilities and Vouchered Expenditures ledger is located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1347.

Two loose "Analyzed Report of Liabilities" reports from 1916 were found in this volume.
