Zora Acton Student File

Zora Acton Student File

Student file of Zora Acton, a member of the Pottawatomi Nation, who entered the school on February 23, 1903, and departed on June 23, 1908. The file contains a student information card, former student response postcards, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating Acton was a housewife living in Washunga, Oklahoma in 1913.

Note: The student was known as both Zora Acton and Zoa Acton during her time at school, but seems to have identified herself as Zoa after leaving.

Note: The file indicates Zora Acton and student Madeline Bruno were half-sisters.
